Proof of Compliant Hard Drive Destruction

After completing a hard drive destruction service for a client, we will provide a Certificate of Destruction confirming that your hard drive has been securely destroyed. This is more than peace of mind, your Certificate of Destruction & compliant recycling is proof that your data is no longer at risk to relevant privacy laws. 

All hard drives will be scanned prior to shredding, and a certificate of recycling will be issued 3 days later to prove it has been destroyed correctly. The certificate will show a log of all the serial numbers of the drives shredded, to prove they have been destroyed, and all data irretrievable. It will also give a total weight of drives destroyed.  If there is a large number of drives destroyed there will be an attachment with the certificate referencing this.  All the rubbish caused by destroying the drives will be removed from the site and recycled appropriately so they can never be reassembled or used.
